Easy Fettucini Alfredo

A Student Favorite! This is a cheap way to make a huge amount of really good food. This recipe serves 4-6 people. Compliments of Dot Nelson.
Ingredients:
1 box (12 oz.) fettucini noodles
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup whipping cream (at room temperature)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
2T snipped parsley (fresh or dried)
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook noodles according to package, drain well, and place in large serving bowl. Add all other ingredients. Toss well. Yes, it's that simple.
For a variety you can add chunks of grilled chicken breast and mushrooms...
Quick and easy grilled pizza

Looking for a new recipe that is easy and really, really good! This recipe is something interesting and new for the grill that became a family favorite instantly. This recipe makes several delicious ultra-thin crust pizzas and only takes 5 minutes to cook (10 minutes to prepare). Compliments of Steph Gaiser.
2-8 Flour Tortillas (White or Wheat for healthier alernative) - brushed with olive oil on both sides. Put on cookie sheet, and take the tortillas out to the grill along with your toppings (see below).Lay the torillas on a hot grill (400 - 500 degrees) with a little space between each - place on the highest cooking surface to prevent burning.

Great Soup Recipes: Taco Soup
I love a good bowl of soup during the cold weather months! This recipe is one of my favorites. A colleague brought it in for a potluck at our office and it was a crowd pleaser for sure!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
taco seasoning (optional)
onion
garlic
2 cans chili con coarne or beans (your preference)
2 cans corn
2 cans diced tomatoes
sliced black olives (optional)
Cooking instructions:
Fry 1 lb of ground beef. Add taco seasoning, onion and garlic to taste (your preference). In a large soup pot, or crock pot add fried ground beef, chili con carne or beans, corn (with juice), diced tomatoes and black olives. Cook until hot. Serve with chips, shredded cheese, chopped onion and/or sour cream.
